The Vancouver School of Theology’s Inter-Religious Studies Program will host the conference Walking Together: Sharing the Work and Ideas That Call to Us, May 26 – 28, 2026, both in-person and on Zoom.
This conference invites scholars, activists, practitioners, and community leaders from across traditions to reflect on the spiritual commitments that shape their work and vocations. Together, participants will explore how spirituality informs research, leadership, service, and creative practice in today’s world.
The conference will include a keynote lecture as well as panels, workshops, and presentations from international and local scholars and practitioners working in areas such as art and theology, pastoral care, contemplative practices, interfaith dialogue, environmental justice, preaching, and more.
Across three days of conversation and collaboration, Walking Together offers a multi-faith, multidisciplinary space to share research, experiences, and insights while building relationships across traditions.
