Rev. Sandra Nixon

Biography

Rev. Sandra Nixon is graduate of VST’s Master of Divinity program, and serves in ministry with Trinity-Grace United Church in East Vancouver. Before entering ministry, she completed a Bachelor of Commerce (Honours) in Finance and Accounting at the University of Manitoba. Ordained in 2006, Sandra has served congregations in Richmond and Vancouver and is also a Theological Field Education and Supervised Ministry Education supervisor. Her leadership experience includes governance roles throughout The United Church of Canada as well as two terms as an elected Trustee of the Richmond Board of Education, including two years as Chairperson. She lives in Richmond with her spouse, Bryn, and their two adult children.
