Biography

Mr. Kevin Smith, ODNW is a lawyer specializing in litigation and dispute resolution. His practice includes constitutional, administrative, environmental, Indigenous, human rights, employment, estates, and commercial matters. He regularly acts for charities, not-for-profits, faith communities, educational institutions, governments, businesses, and individuals, and frequently undertakes pro bono and public interest work. Kevin currently serves as Vice-Chancellor of the Anglican Diocese of New Westminster and has held leadership roles with Christ Church Cathedral and the 127 Society for Housing. He holds degrees from Princeton University and the University of Oxford and was recognized in 2025 as one of Lexpert’s Leading Lawyers Under 40 in Canada.
