The Rt. Rev. Clara Plamondon

Biography

The Rt. Rev. Clara Plamondon is a graduate of VST’s Master of Divinity program and Bishop of the Territory of the People Anglican Church, based in Kamloops, British Columbia. She has served the church in numerous lay and ordained leadership roles, including parish ministry, retreat centre leadership, regional archdeacon, and diocesan governance. Clara has also worked in municipal government and has extensive experience in administration, governance, and occupational health and safety. She has served in provincial and national leadership positions within the Anglican Church of Canada and is deeply committed to community engagement, ecumenism, and collaborative leadership.
