PT126 – The Art of Children and Youth Ministry
Ministry with those in the first third of life requires significant skill and creativity in order to be effective. If we imagine this ministry as a work of art, we lean toward practices that help us create meaningful programs and facilitate the building of relationships. This short intensive will explore practices of Children and Youth Ministry in a Christian context with a focus on faith formation, spiritual nurture, worship, spiritual practice, and community building. This course is intended for those already practicing the Art of Children and Youth Ministry, those brand new, or those wishing to refresh their skills.
Thursday January 10th 6:30 pm – 9 pm
Friday January 11th 9am – 5:30 pm
Saturday January 12th 9 am – 3 pm
Note: This course is available for audit or for Certificate (Con. Ed) credit only. It is not available for Diploma or Degree credit
