The Vancouver School of Theology is honoured to announce that the Haisla Nation’s Chief Councilor Crystal Smith will be the keynote speaker at the 2019 Chancellor’s Dinner.

Crystal Smith is the elected Chief Councilor for the Haisla Nation Council. She is working within the Haisla Nation to create opportunities for industry and business to invest in Haisla territory for the support of the Haisla people. Active in her community, she serves as a board member of the BC Indigenous Business and Investment Council, Haida Business Operations (HBO), First Nations LNG Alliance, First Nations Limited Partnership and MK Bay Marina GP Ltd.

VST is excited to have Chief Crystal Smith as our honoured guest and speaker. For more information, please see the media release below.
