Faculty Positions Reviewed & Renewed

Congratulations to Professors Mari, Hyuk, Harry, Rob, and Ross for successful reviews and renewals!

This spring four faculty positions underwent their triennial review process and Prof. Harry, who is a tenured professor, had his five-year review. The following positions were gladly approved by the VST Board of Governors, who expressed their enthusiasm and a high-level of confidence in the faculty:

—Dr. Mari Joerstad, Professor of Hebrew Bible and Dean, renewed for three years to June 30, 2028

—Prof. Harry Maier, Professor of New Testament and Early Christian Studies, a successful review of a tenured full professor

—Rev. Dr. Hyuk Cho, Professor of United Church Studies and Formation, renewed for three years, to June 30, 2028

—Rev. Dr. Rob James, Professor of Anglican Church Studies and Formation, renewed for three years, to June 30, 2028

—Rev. Dr. Ross Lockhart, Half-time seconded Prof. of Mission Studies, renewed for three years, to June 30, 2028
